HB 2309 – For electronics-enabled agricultural equipment, including unmanned aircraft systems, provides that an original manufacturer shall make available on fair and reasonable terms the equipment’s documentation, parts, and tools, inclusive of any updates to information or embedded software, for purposes of diagnosis, maintenance, or repair of such equipment, to any independent repair provider or to the owner of equipment manufactured by the original manufacturer.
